originality?

I don't have much time to do this because my class starts in like 8 minutes. It pains me to see the state that americas youth are living in. Recently i was looking through my friends and all saw was "swagg" this & "crooks" that. i remember when i got laughed at for being the way i am. -the kid wit the skateboard, the nigga whos jeans were too tight, or the best one, the dude who dresses like a white boy. It baffles me because now because im starting to feel like im blending in with the carbon copies of america. Ive always strived to be different but lately it seems that being different is the new trend, & everybody being "different" looks the same to me. So what am i to do? continue what ive been doing & be looked at as just another 2009 "jay walkin" "crooks" wearing black kid. Any suggestions? In the mean time Banks & I are gonna look for something new to do & enjoy befor everybody else starts doing it. -Envy is Ignorance, Imitation is Suicide.

Happy "Fathers" Day

So i woke up this morning to pleanty of "HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!!" texts. I got a good chuckle out of the concept because frankly ive never had one. This isnt a bitter young black man venting about what he didnt have & by all means i commend the MEN who do take pride in raising their own. I just found it funny that as i recieved those messages i was watching my mom hop in the car just to go work another 36 hour shift. I know im not the best man on earth, but i cant grasp how someone who calls themself a MAN could leave a WOMAN to raise a family on her own.
-Just a thought.

p.s to the single women who dont rely on a man to make you what you are, Thanks for the motivation.
